How can we help?

Email support@mashr.ai with the device type, app version and what happened. Do not attach private specimen photos or precise coordinates unless they are necessary to diagnose your request.

Identification is waiting

Keep the app online while it is working. If a job does not move after several minutes, reopen the specimen from Collection and try again.

Camera or location

Enable only the permissions you want in your device settings. Location is optional and can be removed from a specimen.

Sign-in help

Use “Forgot password?” for an email/password account. Google and Apple accounts are recovered through those providers.

Report public content

Use Report on a public specimen or collector profile, and Block to remove that collector from your feed. For urgent abuse or copyright concerns, email the public page link to support.

Delete an account

Use Settings → Delete Mashr account in the app, or visit the account deletion page.

Rock Hound provides AI-assisted suggestions, not laboratory determinations. Do not use a result to decide whether material is safe to touch, cut, grind, taste or heat. Consult an experienced specialist when safety or value matters.
